I think I'll make her one written with ummm stickles! But I digress :) back to your orig. question, salvaging the LO, I vote for a mat, perhaps even cut out of light weight chipboard to give it some depth,painted or inked in a color to match your papers and here goes. embellished (not slathered lol) with some stickles. perhaps thinned with a bit of water and painted on?
